Dogtown Yoga was created to provide the North Little Rock community safe, accessible yoga without intimidation factors such as age, flexibility, and expense.

Our donation only classes are inclusive and host participants that range in age, gender, and yoga experience. Each class offers modifications to fit the individual and level of experience.

We are in partnership with NLR Tourism, and host an outdoor class every Wednesday from 6 – 7 pm at the Argenta Plaza. Our 2023 season will run from April to November.
