De So Funny will be performing at The Joint Comedy Theater on July 14 and 15 featuring Tina Townes and hosted by Zach Slomers.

Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door.

Doors open at 7pm. Showtime is 8 pm.

Online ticket sales will end at 6 pm the day of the event. All remaining tickets will be available at the door.

After having a mild heart attack back in 2016 Demetrius Torrence Aka De SoFunny did one open mic at The Joint Comedy Theater and knew stand up comedy was what he wanted to do with the rest of his life. At the time he started he was living the so called American dream. He had a house in the suburbs with a maid and a gardener. He was working as a food and beverage director of a college for a corporation but he wasn’t happy. Stand up comedy made him feel free in ways he could never put into words. He had falling in love with stand up comedy, taking it so serious that he began to go up at every open mic he could get to, sometimes driving eight hours just to get on stage.
