Get ready for a weekend of excitement as Dogtown Throwdown returns to the streets of North Little Rock on Friday, September 13, and Saturday, September 14, 2024. This lively two-day event begins with Main St. closing from Broadway to 5th St. at 4 pm Friday and ends at 10 pm Saturday.
For this event, Argenta Downtown Council has teamed up with community partners North Little Rock Tourism and ACANSA Arts Festival of the South to fill the weekend with incredible live music, beginning Friday night and running from 2-9 pm on Saturday.

Schedule of Events
Friday, September 13
- 4 pm: Kick off the weekend with a delicious drink during Dogtown Happy Hour
- 7 pm: Adam Faucett, known for his soulful voice and genre-blending style that combines folk, blues, and rock, will kick off Americana on Main, presented by North Little Rock Tourism, showcasing Americana music talent from across the region.
Saturday, September 14
- 11 am – 2 pm: Meet adorable animals from the NLR Animal Shelter and maybe even find your new forever companion.
- 12-2 pm: Indulge in champagne or mimosa specials from various Argenta restaurants during
“Sparkling Saturday” as we toast to the weekend in style.
2 pm-9 pm: Americana on Main continues!
- 2 pm: Emmy-nominated composer and creative director King Honey will perform an electrifying rock n roll set infused with her signature style on the main stage.
- 3 pm: Little Yei and Pura Coco will bring their unique blend of Latin-infused alternative R&B and hip-hop to the Argenta Library stage.
- 4 pm: Greg Spradlin & The Delta Soul Singers, known for their gritty blend of Southern rock, blues, and gospel, will bring a powerful and soulful performance to the main stage.
