Mac & Cheese lovers, rejoice! This year Argenta Downtown Council is thrilled to announce the first-ever Great Southern Mac & Cheese Championship. Mark your calendars for Sunday, September 29th, from 1-4 PM at Argenta Plaza in North Little Rock, AR. This event promises to be a cheesy, delightful celebration of one of America’s favorite comfort foods.

- Pro Championship: Professional chefs will compete for the top prize of $400.

- Kid’s Contest: Kids aged 12 and under can join the fun and demonstrate their cooking skills. Limited to 10 participants.
Prizes and Awards:
- Exciting cash prizes and awards for the best mac & cheese dishes.
Sampling Extravaganza:
- Attendees will be able to dive into a cheese-tasting bonanza with samples from all competitors.

- Enjoy family-friendly activities, including fun macaroni art for the kids.

Registration and Tickets
Aspiring chefs can register to compete in one of the three categories: Pro Championship, Amateur Competition, or Kid’s Contest. Spaces are limited, so make sure to submit your application early! Tickets for the event go on sale starting Monday, August 5th. These tickets grant access to all the activities and the opportunity to sample some of the best mac & cheese dishes in the South.
