Join us in the lecture hall at Laman Library to see dance performances by Ballet Folklórico Quetzalli in celebration of National Hispanic Heritage Month. The group will be performing traditional folkloric dances from Mexico and El Salvador. And it’s not just about the choreography– Ballet Folklórico Quetzalli performs in culturally appropriate dress specific to the origins of the various dances. This is a free event for folks of all ages to enjoy. There will be snacks and aguas frescas available. Come celebrate the start of National Hispanic Heritage Month with us at Laman Library!
