Screen Printing Design – Become a T-Shirt Pro! On Wednesday, August 14th from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

Pair your art skills with the complete skillset of designing screens specifically for t-shirt printing! This intermediate class will elevate your screen printing expertise and transform you into a t-shirt pro by focusing on the art elements, art placement, and the digital behind-the-scenes activities that make for beautiful tees. This workshop will focus on the mastery of digital design and will not include hands-on screen-printing.

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn:
How to create a one-color design that translates well to t-shirts.
How to scan in and quickly vectorize your design.
How to analyze and modify your vector designs to make screens that print clearly.
How to design specifically for t-shirts, considering fit and placement.
How to square up your t-shirts on the press for consistent prints every time!

Prerequisite: None, but some screen printing and vector design knowledge will be helpful.
