President & CEO
After a thirty year sales and marketing career with Southwestern Bell Telephone /AT&T, Bob joined the North Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau as group tours consultant in 2011 and was appointed Executive Director in 2012.
He is a lifelong resident of North Little Rock and holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Senior Vice President & COO
Karen manages financials and operations. She served as executive director at the North Little Rock CVB from 2003 to 2012 and taught Hospitality and Tourism at Pulaski Tech’s Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management Institute.
She has a Masters in Tourism and has worked in the tourism industry for over thirty years having worked previously at the Arkansas Department of Parks & Tourism and the Arkansas Hospitality Association.
Vice President of Tourism Development
Scott manages the sales and marketing team, develops tourism product and services in North Little Rock and optimizes relationships to increase engagement with the hospitality industry. Previously he has worked as a destination brand trainer and state coordinator for the Arkansas Hospitality Association’s “Welcome to Arkansas” program.
He was chosen as a “meeting professional to watch” by Convention South Magazine and was inducted into the Arkansas Hospitality Association’s Hall of Fame. For twenty years, Sudduth served as director of marketing for Performance Food Group.
Stephanie is responsible for communications, advertising and digital marketing. A graduate of Hendrix College, Slagle has a graduate certificate in strategic communications and Travel Marketing Professional Certification.
She is a member of the North American Travel Journalists Association, Arkansas Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America and the Arkansas chapter of Skål International.
As sales manager, Erica is primarily responsible for the sports market, helping tournament directors with planning needs such as lodging and bringing new tournaments to North Little Rock. Erica also assists with meetings, motor coach tours and other events.
Guest Services Manager
Shannon oversees the Visitors Information Center in Burns Park and will develop a retail operation and managing Argenta Plaza. Shannon has been with the North Little Rock CVB for 12 years and was previously responsible for sales in the sports market.
A University of Arkansas at Little Rock graduate with a bachelor’s in marketing, Harris has also earned a Travel Marketing Professional Diploma from the Southeast Tourism Society’s Marketing College.
Tax Revenue Manager
Robin has been with the North Little Rock CVB for 20 years and is the tourism tax administrator, assisting restaurants and answering questions about taxes. As a member of the Friends of the Old Mill organization, she volunteers her time improving and maintaining the integrity and beauty of T.R. Pugh Memorial Park and The Old Mill.
Robin also gives tours of “The Old Mill” for school groups, tour groups and groups of 10 or more.
Janis provides support in the administrative and financial areas. A graduate of Arkansas State University at Beebe, she has more than fifteen years of experience in the hospitality industry and ten years of bookkeeping. She previously worked as a bookkeeper for Fletcher Property Management and revenue manager for the Embassy Suites Hotel in Little Rock.
Downtown Riverside RV Park
The North Little Rock CVB also manages the Downtown Riverside RV Park, located right on the Arkansas River with convenient access to local dining and entertainment.
