As Director of Sales & Events, Erica is responsible for selling and marketing to sports groups, events, meetings, groups and events. Erica also manages Argenta Plaza for the North Little Rock CVB and is in charge of booking and scheduling public and private events at the Plaza.

A graduate of Florida State University, Heather has four years of event planning and project management experience and previously served as Operations Manager & Project Lead for NWA Courier in Bentonville, Arkansas. She manages tourism projects such as the recently announced “Setting the Table” culinary initiative and improvements to Downtown Riverside RV Park.

Shannon oversees the North Little Rock Welcome Center at 600 Main Street, Ste 100, North Little Rock, AR 72114. Shannon has been with the North Little Rock CVB for 12 years and was previously responsible for sales in the sports market.
Jill assists North Little Rock foodservice and lodging businesses with the North Little Rock Advertising & Promotion (A & P) permit application process and A & P tax remittances. Her experience includes 13 years as Director of Membership Services & Special Events for the Arkansas Hospitality Association and 10 years as General Manager of Anglers White River Resort in Mountain View, Arkansas.

Everett is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas and has managed communications for multiple non-profit organizations in Wyoming for 5 years. He will work with the Director of Marketing on marketing and promotion efforts for various events and North Little Rock tourism initiatives, specifically Downtown Riverside RV Park and North Little Rock Welcome Center.
Shelbey assists the Director of Tourism Market Development and the Director of Tourism Development with the coordination and implementation of projects, such as North Little Rock’s “Setting the Table” Culinary Initiative.
