KarenTrevino, CTIS, CCTP, CDTP
President & CEO
Karen’s four decades of tourism and hospitality experience include work as Senior Vice President & COO at North Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau; group tours consultant at the Arkansas Department of Parks & Tourism; assistant and later executive director of then-named North Little Rock Visitors Bureau; director of operations for the Arkansas Hospitality Association, and hospitality and tourism professor at Pulaski Technical College’s Arkansas Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management Institute.
Trevino currently serves on the Boards of Directors for Arkansas Travel Council, Skal International Arkansas and Southeast Tourism Society and as deputy auditor for Skal International USA.
Vice President of Tourism
Scott manages the sales and marketing team, develops tourism product and services in North Little Rock and optimizes relationships to increase engagement with the hospitality industry. Previously he has worked as a destination brand trainer and state coordinator for the Arkansas Hospitality Association’s “Welcome to Arkansas” program.
He was chosen as a “meeting professional to watch” by Convention South Magazine and was inducted into the Arkansas Hospitality Association’s Hall of Fame. For twenty years, Sudduth served as director of marketing for Performance Food Group.
Vice President of Operations
A graduate of Arkansas State University at Beebe, she has more than fifteen years of experience in the hospitality industry and ten years of bookkeeping. She previously worked as a bookkeeper for Fletcher Property Management and revenue manager for the Embassy Suites Hotel in Little Rock.
Director of Marketing
Stephanie is responsible for communications, advertising and digital marketing. A graduate of Hendrix College, Slagle has a graduate certificate in strategic communications and Travel Marketing Professional Certification.
She is a member of the North American Travel Journalists Association, Arkansas Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America and the Arkansas chapter of Skål International.
Director of Sales & Events
As Director of Sales & Events, Erica is responsible for selling and marketing to sports groups, events, meetings, groups and events. Erica also manages Argenta Plaza for the North Little Rock CVB and is in charge of booking and scheduling public and private events at the Plaza.
Director of Destination Projects
A graduate of Florida State University, Heather has four years of event planning and project management experience and previously served as Operations Manager & Project Lead for NWA Courier in Bentonville, Arkansas. She manages tourism projects such as the recently announced “Setting the Table” culinary initiative and improvements to Downtown Riverside RV Park.
Welcome Center Manager
Shannon oversees the North Little Rock Welcome Center at 600 Main Street, Ste 100, North Little Rock, AR 72114. Shannon has been with the North Little Rock CVB for 12 years and was previously responsible for sales in the sports market.
A University of Arkansas at Little Rock graduate with a bachelor’s in marketing, Harris has also earned a Travel Marketing Professional Diploma from the Southeast Tourism Society’s Marketing College.
Tax Revenue Manager
Robin has been with the North Little Rock CVB for more than 20 years and is the Tax Revenue Manager, assisting restaurants, hotels, food trucks and caterers with North Little Rock A & P tax remittances.
Robin also gives tours of “The Old Mill” for school groups, tour groups and groups of 10 or more.
Everett is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas and has managed communications for multiple non-profit organizations in Wyoming for 5 years. He will work with the Director of Marketing on marketing and promotion efforts for various events and North Little Rock tourism initiatives, specifically Downtown Riverside RV Park and North Little Rock Welcome Center.
Tim worked part-time with North Little Rock CVB summer 2021. As facility operations manager, Carr will assist the Director of Sales and Events with event setup, Argenta Plaza upkeep as well as photography and videography
Oakley is the office pup. He is responsible for morale boosting, walking the humans, greeting visitors and reducing food waste.
Downtown Riverside RV Park
The North Little Rock CVB also manages the Downtown Riverside RV Park, located right on the Arkansas River with convenient access to local dining and entertainment.
