
The North Little Rock Hispanic Heritage Festival will be at Argenta Plaza on September 21 from 4 p.m to 7 p.m. This is a FREE event will feature food, vendors, music, and other performers all celebrating Hispanic culture as well as a “Taste My Salsa” salsa tasting competition anyone can enter and vote on their favorite salsa for $10.
