Your 2026 FIFA World Cup Watch Guide

The FIFA World Cup is here!

This summer marks the 23rd installment of the FIFA World Cup, which takes place every four years. The United States, alongside Canada and Mexico, will host the tournament, with 48 teams from around the world competing.

The World Cup kicked off on June 12, 2026, and over the course of the next month, 104 games will be played, ending with the finals on July 19, 2026, at MetLife Stadium.

Team USA has three scheduled games in the first bracket of the tournament:

  • June 12 – USA vs. Paraguay – Los Angeles Stadium (4-1, USA)
  • June 19 – USA vs. Australia – Seattle Stadium
  • June 25 – USA vs. Türkiye – Los Angeles Stadium

The Argenta Arts District has “adopted” the team from Argentina. The Argentinian team has won the FIFA World Cup three times before: 1978, 1986, and the last installment of the tournament in 2022. Their captain, Lionel Messi, has competed in the last five World Cups and is one of the most accomplished players in the history of the sport.
