February is Black History Month, and UA-Pulaski Technical College’s Center for Humanities and Arts (CHARTS) in North Little Rock has a great lineup of events. All of the events are free and open to the public except Turning 15 on the Road to Freedom. The new play with gospel music tells the true story of Lynda Blackmon Lowery, the youngest person to march from Selma to Montgomery in the 1965 Selma Voting Rights March.
