Celebrate 4th of July in North Little Rock

4th of July may fall on a Monday this year, but you can still enjoy a night of firework fun in North Little Rock.

Arkansas Democrat-Gazette Pops on the River Fireworks Watch Party – SOLD OUT

When: July 4, 2022, 7 p.m.

Where: Arkansas Inland Maritime Museum, 120 Riverfront Park Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72114

Watch Arkansas Democrat-Gazette Pops On The River fireworks show from most patriotic place in Arkansas: the USS Razorback submarine at the Arkansas Inland Maritime Museum.

Tickets are $15 per person and may be purchased IN-PERSON ONLY at the Arkansas Inland Maritime Museum (120 Riverfront Drive, North Little Rock) during regular operating hours (Wednesday – Saturday 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.). Parking passes are $10 per vehicle and may be purchased in advance.

There will be hamburgers, hot dogs, chips and drinks for sale. There will also be a beer and wine donation bar. Outside food and beverages will not be allowed.


4th of July Furious Fireworks Finale at Dickey-Stephens Park

When: July 4, 2022 (after 5:35 p.m. game)

Where: Dickey-Stephens Park, 400 W Broadway Street, North Little Rock, AR 72114

Cheer on the Arkansas Travelers on July 4th as they play the Springfield Cardinals at 5:35 p.m., then stick around for the 4th of July Furious Fireworks Finale presented by Nathan’s Famous. Arkansas Urology will also have USA Jerseys and Auction.


43rd Annual Busch Softball Classic

When: July 1 – July 3, 2022

Where: Burns Park Softball Complex, 4080 Joe Poch Road, North Little Rock, AR 72118

In its 43rd year, the Busch Softball Classic has become a lasting testament to the wonderful sport of softball. There are major World Series Berths for men and women along with paid Berths to the World Championships in USSSA for men and women. Founded in 1979 as a fundraiser for a class A team from Arkansas, the Classic had humble beginnings with 32 teams. Now over 2,700 teams from 39 states have participated and the tournament has grown into a softball showcase of fiercely competitive men’s & women’s teams of all classifications from all over the USA! Some of the greatest players, coaches, & sponsors ever known have been a part of this event.
