Join us Sunday, September 25, at 5:00 PM. The whiskey line up brings a great list of flavors and styles to pair with the amazing five course pairing menu created by Chef Brayan and his team.

We will start with a fun “Pepsi Challenge” of two spirits, one made exclusively at Buffalo Trace. We will then move onto no less than five whiskeys: the very smooth and almost impossible to find Elmer T. Lee; a 15-year-old Seagrass Rye, Angel’s Envy’s Rum Cast Finished Rye; perhaps the last bottle on the planet of a special release of 14-year-old Barrel Bourbon, and a special rendition of Redemption High-Rye Bourbon selected by John Crow with 107 Liquor, and a special mystery whiskey selected by Gary Seibel with a LIVE AUCTION at the end. Musical Guest is the talented Brian Ramsay.
