The Popcorn Spot, located at 5925 JFK Boulevard in North Little Rock, is a family-owned business that transforms plain popcorn into more than 40 different flavors! From jalapeno cheddar to dill pickle to chocolate, caramel and nuts, you name it and they probably make it. If they don’t – ask and they will custom mix it for you.

Their shop is just darn cute – with a little coloring area for kids, colorful jars full of candy, an assortment of fudge, a large variety of popcorn tins for every sports team you can imagine and of course, giant tubs of popcorn.

Here’s how it works: they have a menu of popcorn flavors broken down by category: original, savory, sweets, sweets + and chocolate. Once you pick your flavors, decide what size you want: mini, junior, small, regular, medium, large or extra-large. The type and the size determines the price.

This year in particular, you may have a greater appreciation for all of your teachers and healthcare workers and want a fun way to say thank you. They many options to fulfill all of your gift needs from tins, to personalized boxes or mini bags.

And though large events and buffets for weddings and events may be off the table, you can still get creative. Instead of the ever-popular snack or popcorn bar at a reception, opt for individually-wrapped party favors of popcorn. The Popcorn Spot will even add a custom logo or your hashtag to the bags.

Insider’s Tip: Try any of the awesome pecan goodies, from fudge to popcorn. The pecans are locally-sourced from Charlie’s Nut House in Lonoke, Arkansas.

The Popcorn Spot is open Tuesday through Saturday, 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. The store is open for walk-ins, but you can also order online call ahead at (501) 246-3547 for large orders or curbside pick up.
