North Little Rock Parks & Recreation is thrilled to announce the return of the Pulaski County Fair presented by Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort for its 3rd annual event at the North Little Rock Riverfront Park, situated along the picturesque banks of the Arkansas River. The fair will take place May 19 – May 29, 2023, offering nine days of fun, food, and entertainment for the whole family.
Fair Hours:
- Weekdays: 5 pm – 10 pm (Closed Monday, 5/22 & Tuesday, 5/23)
- Weekends: 12 pm – 11 pm
- Memorial Day: 12 pm – 8 pm
Cost:
Admission to the park is $5 for adults, while children 12 and under can enter for free. Visitors can enjoy unlimited rides with an all-day wristband for $25, or purchase single ride tickets for $1 each (rides require 3-7 tickets depending on the ride).
Pre-sale all-day carnival wristbands:
Starting April 19, pre-sale all-day carnival wristbands will be available for just $22 at the North Little Rock Welcome Center (600 Main Street, Suite 120, North Little Rock, AR 72114). Stop by Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
2023 special pricing offers are:
- Wed. Free May 24: Free Gate Admission/Regular carnival prices.
- Thurs. May 25: All carnival rides $2 each (2 ride tickets).

The 2023 Pulaski County Fair promises to be the biggest and best yet, featuring P.B.J. Happee Days Shows carnival midway, various thrilling rides, entertaining games, novelty vendors, mouth-watering food options, and adult beverages.
Additionally, this year’s fair will include an exciting live entertainment lineup on our stage from May 25 through May 29.

- Thursday, May 25 – Kickoff with Cliff & Susan, 7-9 pm
- Friday, May 26 – Rock & Blues Night
- Saturday, May 27 – Yadaloo Music & Arts Festival, Country Music
- Sunday, May 28 – Hispanic Heritage Day
- Monday, May 29 – Memorial Day Military Tribute
Note: Except for Yadaloo on 5/27, the live entertainment is free to attend once you pay to enter the park. Purchase tickets to Yadaloo at www.yadaloo.com.
Local community-based contests and other attractions will be announced as the event approaches.
A portion of the fair’s proceeds will be donated to North Little Rock Parks & Recreation, supporting their ongoing mission to provide exceptional recreational opportunities and services for the community.
